Welcome to our corner of the world (aka the lounge) at Nectar — where hair happens and friendships are born. We’re a collective of distinct voices, styles, and aesthetics who somehow manage to sync up beautifully. One of us is bold with reds and blunt bobs, another lives for lived-in balayage, someone else is mastering blondes and extensions, and every one of us believes in giving you that “just left my chair, but I didn’t want to leave” kind of glow.

What makes us tick? We show up with kindness, creativity, and plenty of laughs — because we believe the best hairstyle is the one you feel as good in as you look. Whether you’re coming in for a cut, a color refresh, a special-occasion glam, or just some self-care time, we treat you like a friend. (Yes, the travel stories, pup photos, and real talk about life on the side are all part of the package.)

Hey, I’m Angela—22 years behind the chair and still just as obsessed.

I started as an apprentice and now I’m the go-to girl for personalized cuts and bold color. Want a sleek bob, some flirty fringe, or a new shape for your mermaid-length locks? I’ve got you. Reds are my favorite—I live for a fiery transformation.

This past year, I took the leap and opened Nectar Hair Lounge. The learning curve? Steep. But building a space that’s clean, safe, and inspiring for both my stylists and guests has been one of the best things I’ve ever done. I am devoted to creating a clean space for my staff and clients. As a salon owner, I truly feel it's my responsibility to provide a clean, safe environment. No one should have to risk their health to work in the hair industry. We are proud to use high-quality organic, low-toxic hair color, aftercare, and styling products. Davines has been my go-to aftercare and styling product line for 20 years. I use Oi Milk on every single guest. The smell is intoxicating!!

When I’m not at the salon, I’m with my husband, two daughters, and three spoiled fur babies—probably in sweats, binge-watching Netflix, and eating The Tonight Dough straight from the pint (don’t judge). I’m a sucker for new shoes, bold lipstick, and a killer local food spot. Menasha has been my home for over a decade, and I love being part of this small but mighty community.

Hi, I’m Jaelei — a beauty lover through and through. I trained at the Institute of Beauty and Wellness, an Aveda school in Milwaukee, and have been doing hair and makeup for over 13 years. After seven years of running my own business, I’m excited to bring my passion and experience to the Nectar Hair Lounge team in Menasha.

I’m a REF Certified Master Colorist who values connection, great conversations, and attention to every detail — from the consultation to the blowout (my favorite part). I specialize in natural highlights, blunt bobs, and special occasion makeup, always tailoring each look to fit your lifestyle and maintenance level.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me hanging out with my little dog, Ted, or exploring new places and experiences. I can’t wait to meet you and make you feel your absolute best.
