I started as an apprentice and now I’m the go-to girl for personalized cuts and bold color. Want a sleek bob, some flirty fringe, or a new shape for your mermaid-length locks? I’ve got you. Reds are my favorite—I live for a fiery transformation.
This past year, I took the leap and opened Nectar Hair Lounge. The learning curve? Steep. But building a space that’s clean, safe, and inspiring for both my stylists and guests has been one of the best things I’ve ever done. I am devoted to creating a clean space for my staff and clients. As a salon owner, I truly feel it's my responsibility to provide a clean, safe environment. No one should have to risk their health to work in the hair industry. We are proud to use high-quality organic, low-toxic hair color, aftercare, and styling products. Davines has been my go-to aftercare and styling product line for 20 years. I use Oi Milk on every single guest. The smell is intoxicating!!
When I’m not at the salon, I’m with my husband, two daughters, and three spoiled fur babies—probably in sweats, binge-watching Netflix, and eating The Tonight Dough straight from the pint (don’t judge). I’m a sucker for new shoes, bold lipstick, and a killer local food spot. Menasha has been my home for over a decade, and I love being part of this small but mighty community.

Hey, I’m Sam Becker—a local stylist with nearly 16 years under my belt. I started my journey in Milwaukee, but I found my way back to the Fox Valley in 2015, back to where it all began for me in Hortonville. After almost a decade working around the mall, I’ve landed in downtown Menasha at Nectar Hair Lounge, where things just feel right.
I’m all about bringing out the best in what you already have. My favorite work? Precision men’s cuts, polished-up styles, and any look that amplifies your natural vibe. There’s something about transforming a guest that never gets old—I want you leaving my chair feeling like a million bucks.
When I'm not behind the chair, I'm all about the local music scene, where you can usually find me at a live show. I love staying connected and spending quality time with my family and friends, and taking care of my three crazy black cats at home.

Hello, my name is Jaelei and I am a beauty junkie.
I got my education at the Institute of Beauty and Wellness, an Aveda Training Facility in Milwaukee. It has now been thirteen years since I have been doing hair and makeup. After seven years of owning my own business, I am also ready to join the Nectar Hair Lounge team in Menasha.
I am a REF Certified Master Colorist and a lifelong learner dedicated to my craft. What I love is working one on one with others to develop lasting relationships. I care about every part of every service from the consultation, the shampoo (my favorite part) , all the way to the blowout.
As a stylist, I am dedicated to listening to my clients wants and needs but also believe in customizing each color and cut for each person to what may suit their lifestyle and maintenance levels. My favorite things to do are natural highlights, super blunt bobs, and special occasion makeup.
Outside of the salon I love spending time with my little Teddy Bear dog, Ted. We love long walks when it’s warm out. I also love traveling, learning, and experiencing the world. Can’t wait to meet you.
